Ivan Vaptsarov is an award-winning project management consultant and the founder of PM Peer. Recognised as Project Manager of the Year (2023), he helps organisations strengthen delivery capability through practical systems and hands-on support. He has led strategic initiatives across technology, finance, and manufacturing in roles including Head of PMO and Senior Project Manager. Ivan also created project management courses that have trained 300,000+ learners.
Nikola Nikolov is a senior program and delivery leader with 14+ years building and scaling delivery capability for technology organisations — from global enterprises to fast-moving product teams. As PM Peer's partner for Northern Europe, based in Copenhagen, he leads client engagements across the Nordics and works with leadership teams to turn complex, cross-functional programmes into predictable delivery. His background spans Staff-level program leadership in core engineering environments, PMO and operating-model design, and delivery turnarounds measured in real performance gains.
Asen Conev is a project management executive with 15+ years of experience in portfolio oversight and business transformation. As Head of PMO in multiple global organisations, he has built and led three PMOs, recognised in the PMO of the Year Awards (2021). He has managed international teams and delivered complex technology integrations for Fortune 100 clients. Asen is also an author and trainer focused on project management and client communication.
Jossif Zashev is a seasoned project manager and business consultant with international experience across Europe and Asia. He specialises in change management, cross-cultural collaboration, and turning strategy into executable delivery plans. His work spans insurance, innovation and entrepreneurship, and creative industries, combining process optimisation with product development and business analysis. Jossif holds a Master's in Management from Université Paris Dauphine – PSL and is a Certified SAFe® Agilist.
Marta Zhelyazkova is a Professional Services leader and PMO head with 10+ years of experience delivering programs in software and insurance. She specialises in strategic program management, stakeholder alignment at C-level, and building delivery approaches that improve profitability and outcomes. Marta leads international teams and brings strong financial acumen to delivery decisions, backed by an MSc in Financial Management. She is also a passionate project management trainer.
