Led a comprehensive planning phase and created a tailor-made Master Plan covering all critical elements (risks, quality, stakeholder alignment, logistics, etc.). Coordinated a large delivery team (30+ professionals) and established a real-time execution rhythm so delivery stayed predictable and under control.
